The box arrived early - but when opening it both side panels were cracked. You have to keep playing surface upside down in box to install legs, and one of the corners of bracket was cracked - we should have stopped and called it a day but considering it was Dec 23rd and a present from Santa - we continued - finally got it all together on the underside - ready to flip - and there is a hole in top - what a disappointment - how do you give a present with a 2 inch hole on top (which impedes ability to play the game) - I am sure the product would have been a good one without the cracks and holes - the packaging was not effective, Christmas is over and I want a refund.
