Zone 60 Special Metallic Edition Video Game System Review
I found the Zone 60 at CVS Pharmacy about 5 days ago and thought it would be fun to play with for the money I paid for it. ($40 + Batteries)I got it home and powered it up with no effort. Then I started playing the games. I tried the interactive ones like darts and bowling first. I have to say for a system that cost less then a typical new Wii game it was worth the money. I will admit I was hoping for more from golf which is really miniature golf to the extreme but I have learned to like it. I really love tennis which is a blast to play and I like it better then the Wii when it comes to this game. The Wii makes it hard to beat the computer while the Zone 60 gives you enough of a challenge to make it fun. Darts was a great game too. Bowling I like but I only played it once so that is a vague review. As for the mini-games on the Zone 60 which far out number the interactive games I played a few and they seem OK for a child of 5 to 8. The thing to remember about the Zone 60 is that you get 11 games of fair to good quality that are just like the games on the Wii system for the cost of one Wii game. The controls are easy to master and it's fun to play. What more could you ask for $40 or less in a game. I recommend it.
