I was very excited to get this for my family at Christmas. The frame is constructed of steel which is very nice but the ball return has plastic tabs that break. The nets also get caught on the score handles that the balls hit when going through the hoop, puchasing stiffer nets my help this problem. We also have had problems, from the beginning, with the score board not working correctly. This game also uses batteries at a very fast rate. I have not contacted the company, yet, but maybe we just got a bad timer. Otherwise my family loves the games. I think Franklin should consider making this a product that can be plugged in or use batteries. I would recommend it for the fun but be ready to spend a lot of money on batteries or keep score yourself.
