The ball advance mechanism does not work, which makes the game extremely frustrating. Trying to move the circular device hurts your finger when it sporadically works but is impossible for a child to do. And most of the time, the ball will not advance. It is clearly a product defect.
I purchased the item from RareWaves who had excellent customer service and refunded the full purchase amount. They no longer carry the item so I wanted to leave a review here for anyone considering this product. It's too bad about the ball advance defect, because the ball "in play" is actually fun.
